Welcome to Oxford, start your environmental sustainability journey here

We all care about the environment. We want to see solutions to climate change and biodiversity loss, and we expect our leadership to foster a safe and healthy way forward.

The University of Oxford is committed to reaching net zero carbon and biodiversity net gain by 2035. To reach these ambitious targets, we need to draw from the collective talents and knowledge of everyone, including you.

Occasionally some of us feel powerless, but we are not.

Join like-minded peers, take action, learn, gain training and experience and be part of the solution:

Are you feeling anxious about the climate crisis? You are not alone

As we become more aware of the effects of climate change, anxiety and grief are natural empathic responses.

Climate anxiety is a real and growing concern. Remember you cannot tackle global issues alone, find support in community!

If you are struggling, reach out to the University Counselling and Mental Health services.
