Vision Zero – Cycle and scooter safety event

Oxford staff, students and the local Oxford community are invited to attend the cycle and scooter safety event where they can learn more about road safety in Oxford, experience the view of an HGV driver with our HGV trading places demonstration, register their bike with Thames Valley Police, and receive a free D-lock. At the same time, learn more about local cycle routes and sensitive hotspots and meet local cycling groups, such as Cyclox and Broken Spoke.

Staff and students will be offered safety gear and sign up for free cycle safety training. Students (with University cards) can also have their bike serviced.
